Can I have a third party create my account or use my account online on my behalf?

No, only the invited party can take part in this program, including the creation and utilization of the account. Account details cannot be discussed with anyone other than the invited party. This policy applies to those listed as trusted contacts as well. Trusted contacts do not have authorization on the account and instead are available solely as a point of contact for the firm if we have reason to believe that misuse of your account has occurred or otherwise need to contact someone regarding your health.
