How will my investment request determine the final number of securities I am offered?

Your initial request for the amount you would like to invest in securities is non-binding. If the company decides to offer you securities, it will divide the investment amount you submitted in dollars by the final offering price per security to determine the maximum number of securities it will offer you. However, you may be offered fewer securities than your maximum investment amount, or no securities at all.
