How and when can I close my account?

You can close your account by going into the “Profile” tab of your account and selecting the “Close Account” button at the bottom of the page. However, if you have a cash or security balance, or a debit in your account in your account, you will need to transfer those funds before your account may be closed. Certain transfers carry fees so you will need to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover those fees before a transfer will be processed. If you would like to close your account, you can do so from within your “Profile” section.
