How will my request for securities determine the final number I am offered?

Your initial request for the amount you would like to invest in securities is non-binding. If the company going public decides to offer you securities, it will divide the investment amount you submitted in dollars by the final IPO security price to determine the maximum number of securities it will offer you. However, you may be offered fewer securities than your maximum investment amount, or no securities at all.
